Hi, It's me ....
Healing is not just about understanding your wounds, it’s about releasing them. Veena’s own journey required four years of deep inner work, navigating layers of childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, chronic anxiety, and C-PTSD. She spent her early years caught in an anxious attachment style — constantly seeking validation and fearing abandonment. By her mid-20s, the pendulum swung in the opposite direction. She became hyper-independent, emotionally shut down, and avoided closeness, falling into a complex disorganised attachment pattern. Relationships began to feel unsafe, echoing the deeper trauma responses wired into her nervous system.
What began as a desperate attempt to heal chronic anxiety became a deeper quest for self-discovery. Veena explored every possible healing modality — from science-backed techniques to holistic, body-based practices. While the clinical approaches helped to an extent, true transformation only came when she began integrating holistic methods that addressed the emotional, energetic, and somatic layers of healing. This integrative approach is what led to lasting change and it’s what now shapes the way she supports others.
With certifications in EMDR Therapy, NLP, Hypnosis, and Trauma-Informed Healing C-PTSD Advanced Training (CPD & IAOTH, UK Accredited), Veena Rajee bridge science-backed techniques with holistic energy release to provide a structured, deeply transformative healing experience.
What I Help With
How My Approach Works
This work is integrative by design. It draws from somatic processing, nervous system regulation, hypnosis-informed techniques, shadow work and inner child healing — bringing together what science and body-based wisdom both understand about how trauma is held and released.
My work helps you:
- Understand why you feel the way you do — not just how to cope with it
- Release emotional patterns stored in the body, not just talk about them
- Rebuild self-trust if you've felt disconnected from your needs, emotions or sense of self
- Experience safety in relationships differently — from the inside out, not just through boundary setting
If you've done the clinical route and something still feels stuck — this is the next step. A more embodied, trauma-informed healing space that meets you where the pain lives: in the nervous system and the heart.
The structured program creates a safe container — a committed space that tells your nervous system this healing is intentional. There is a path, a rhythm, and a destination waiting.
